Well, I missed the game as I had to be out, and I bodged up the recording on Sky Plus

But it doesn't matter, 'cause we're through, and Jose can stick that where the sun don't shine.

C'on you Gunners

Are we safe to pass commernt without express permission off Dorc?

That was one of the best games I have seen in a long time! To all that are familiar with them it was plain to see that Real Madrid are not presently the force they were. However that does not detract in anyway from the fabulous two leg performance by Arsenal.

Mr.Wenger got it right by playing to his side's own strength's yet emphasising discipline when not in possession of the ball.

Of course all of that is with the benefit of hindsight though isn't it? :-#

Tremendous stuff by The Gooners indeed. :P

As the Portuguese representative around here, and If I 'm allowed that, I'd like to apologise for the unacceptable behaviour demonstrated by SLBenfica yesterday... I'm sure they won't do it again (this year at least :-dd).

This should be where I'd duck for cover, right? :?

Excellent match indeed.

PH - I'm sure Arsene will be pleased he has your backing on the tactics used :?
Is it you that has the Ducati?? Hadn't seen it mentioned in this thread and just wanted to clarify :?:

Dorc you are indeed a very funny guy, well in a year 2 kind of way. You are obviously a forum stalker it would seem based on posts made since signing up.

I can only think that perhaps your Care in the Community Counsellors have deemed your progress sufficient for a small degree of internet access to be granted at the moment?

You seem obsessed with my Ducati, are you jealous? Or are you merely limited to owning something that matches your mental capabilities? A twist and go with front shopping basket perhaps?

Despite myself I think you have a lot to offer here as you obviously have a gift for the spineless and snide remarks.

Pick away at me dude, for if you are doing that you are leaving others alone.

Have a good day.

It was a 0-0 draw, you'd think you'd won the Champions League

In fairness, it was a brilliant game - captivating! I watched the whole thing at work as they've all gone skiing...

Well done Arsenal - Did you see Beckham's face in the interview afterwards? He moved there 3 years ago & they've won nothing ever since

Not yet.... But for a team that consisted of a number of inexperienced youngsters, I thought they did exceptionally well. I'm also glad that Leman has had a chance to prove himself on a decent stage too.

Now if we can only do that in the league.......

Was a great game i thought, edge of my seat at times

now unless i have been led up the garden path, is terry Henry going to sign a new contract for next season.

I was told that he has said that if we beat Real Madrid then he would sign on the dotted line and stay but can't find any evidence to support this.

Please stay Henry [-o<

I know, but I also want to finish above those "lillywhite" scumbags from down the road. No self respecting Gooner would be able to face next season knowing that lot of no hopers actually finished higher than Arsenal in the league.

Oi The Lillywhites is the Nickname for Cambridge City FC who at the moment are going through dire financial woes, so much so we're probably in our last 10 games of existence. 98 years in existence, so close to the century.

On the other hand why didn't they build the new stadium in woolwich where they bl33ding came from? :-dd

I don't know that much about our poor neighbours up the road, but I'm lead to believe they've been known as "The Lillywhites" for some time.

As for the Stadium, have you seen the state of Woolwich
