Thanks everyone.

I don't know what that building used to be for. But I was on what used to be South base. My land locked town had two naval bases from around the time of WWII. North base is now a small airport and South base is now being developed by my University to expand the campus (almost a mile away from the rest of campus).

As for the plate, I have a feeling you guys can't do it because of your CCTV system - my plate might be hard for the cameras to see :twisted:
