View Full Version : Collecting my bike on wednesday, what should I expect.......
Hi,
On Wednesday im collecting my bike, its a 2002 Sv650 (naked) in blue with 2600 miles on the clock.
I did have a SV650 about 2 years ago when I 1st passed my test but I had to have it restricted to 33bhp.
I only had it for 3 months and then sold it.
The bike im collecting on Wednesday will be full power :D
Iv never riden one thats not restricted.
What should I expect and how different will it feel compared to my old one???
Cheers
Rob

BETTER :P
I think you'll only really notice more top end power... so be carefull when you open her up full.
My old one used to hill a brick wall at about 95mph.
Im hoping it will be quicker off the line, in restricted form it did not feel all that quick! Think I read somewhere once that 0-60 is about 6 secs with 33bhp....
Rob
Well I managed 0-60 in about 3.5...
with 33bhp?
no.. full power..
with 33bhp?
no.. full power..
With your weight.
I doubt that a lot!
Nearer 9 I'd guess!
was gonna say........
I cant wait till get on it and open it up and experiance all 65bhp (or what ever it is).....
It is quick enough to get you in trouble. It will burn off pretty much any car on the road unless it costs £100,000

You only just beat me at those lights... I think I was 12 and half stone then...

Well, Scoobs does take his weight reduction very seriously; I mean, he shaves his head as if he's an olympic swimmer... :D
