Still known by some as the Ogri cafe. Located just off the A267 in Horam by the Merrydown Cider factory.

Fantastic cafe that can get very very busy on warm sunnie days. Fantastic staff, and a bike shop to boot.

They do possibly the largest burger in the world...ok, not the world, but you get my drift. Used to be called armegedeon.

Anyhoo, check it out and enjoy.

Last time I was there I didn't have time to look at the bike gear. The girls serving in the café were hot, hot, HOT.

Can I point out that I know Steve Wesson from when he was the Business School technician in Mithras House, Brighton Polytechnic. I used to park my 250 next to his Guzzi and he would regularly take the **** out of me for being too poor to afford something better. Nice guy though. He opened a Guzzi shop a few doors down from the Poly (now Brighton University) before opening the Ogri Caff.

Just up the road from me, good food, good company, reasonably good selection in the shop.

For those of you who might be intereseted I have arranges a ride out on the A272 from Winchester to Wessons on Sunday 16th July for the South Coast group of the Suzuki Owners Club.

Meet at The Percy Hobbs on the A31/A272 roundabout at 11:00 (tbc) then onto Petersfield Services for an 11:30 (tbc) departure along this great road.

just wanted to big up wessons & say thanks to the lovely ladies  who kindly lent me their hairdryer to dry my datatool system 3 fob ( which now goes on a lanyard around my neck) that decided not to work after i stopped there for lunch one wet august afternoon.

cheers.

Often take my boy for a ride there and have the big breakfast... I find the girls in the cafe friendly enough.... but the owner Steve seems a miserable sod most times .... He did own a nicely modded black SV1000 naked last year tho so at least he's got taste....

Yes he told me a few weeks ago. Has the shop closed now or is there a clearance sale on?

Was in there a few weeks ago and there were a few bits and pieces on sale but nothing spectacularly cheap...

The food was okay as well but left me with excruciating heartburn that evening...very busy that afternoon as well so the service was without the usual smile. I'll be going in there again over the weekend so may or may not report back different findings...:D

I go up to wessons with a few friends every sunday possible!

The food is always good (wee bit of a wait but the price you pay for fresh food at a busy caf!) heaving with good mix of bikers every sunday. Every week you can see everything from 'pimped' street fighters through to track bikes and 2litre customs

Great atmosphere and service and the staff aren't bad to look at either! ;)

Highly recommended! :p
