As per my previous post.

Track day at Lydden down in Kent.
http://www.lyddenracecircuit.co.uk/
Date: 6th May 2006
Cost: £90

Once I have some numbers, I will call and try to organise something (if they have spaces, group discount, etc)

Please only reply to this thread if you are wanting to go.

Do not post that you can't make it, to say maybe, whine, winge, moan or otherwise distrupt organisation.

PM me with any problems.

Dan

I'm up for that :D

Also, on a kinda side note, I'm going to start looking for a B&B /Travelodge type thingy nearby, as getting to mid Kent for 8am from Guildford involves me getting up early .... which ain't gonna happen. So, would anyone else be interested in what I find? PM me if you are.

Can't wait, roll on May :D

I think we've worked out an agreeable compromise, I'll ride round with her showing the lines at a manageable speed, incrementally tightening up thoughout the day, and half the time I get to follow a leather clad BBC at optimal viewing angle  .

good deal all around

Cheers Mark.

Having owned the real TL ( ), I've a good idea how wide it is,but If I can blag an SV I'll take you up on a couple of laps around Lydden and show you just what late braking is all about

(unfortunatly the Speed triple weights about the same, so I'm going to be seeing all these SV's sailing past all day as well)

Cheers Mark.

that would actually work quite well down there, it's light and the brakes are OK, have you setup the suspension yet?

Cheers Mark.

I have actually raised a thread about this on the general forum area.

http://forums.sv650.org/viewtopic.php?t=41795

I just rang the circuit, supposedly it will be open on Friday evening and camping isn’t a problem. So if we all get there Friday eve, we can have a BBQ and bevy and a chin wag the night before!! :)

Who’s up for a bit of that?

I would really love to do this, but I'm not sure if my shoulder will be ready. :(
