I'm very tempted with the current offer for a new SV1000 for £1 on 0% interest.
Before I can even attempt to persuade the wife, I'd need to know what I can get for my 650s K2 and if anyone's interested. Here's the low-down:
Sept 2002 "52" reg
I'm the second owner (had it 2 years)
9,000 miles approx
blue
G-Force 3/4 race system with titanium can and brand new, road legal, removable baffle conversion
Full MoT & Tax (it's up now so I can renew it, or not)
Red Fox Hugger
Top Line undertray with integral 'cators
Lower fairings and bellypan
R&G crash bungs
Always garaged
Only used in summer / good weather (really!)
Somewhere around the £2,600 mark would seem about right based on AutoTrader?
I can stick some photos on later on if there's a rush of interest..... [-o<

dont forget that the K2 on the only curvey to have adjustable pre-load on the forks (like the curvy) and is the best for a "nice Curvey model"
I think your on the right lines with the price, i pays slighly less than that but mine had 16k on it.
Good luck, but the SV1000s will be pointy :(

exduker, I've PM'd you; any chance of a few more pics though? When you looking to sell, ASAP or once you know when you'll get the SV1000s?
cheers

nice bike v v similar to mine
older pic though ?...no crash bungs on that pic..!
MINE IS THE SAME exactly!- colour mileage and add ons... and I reckon that you will get that price you quoted quite easily ..... it is a good price to attract interest and you cud lose £50 off it to seal the deal...
just clean that downpipe- ....

Jamie, I've e-mailed you this morning - pics to follow later today (sorry busy with family stuff yesterday so didn't check the forum!) and don't have them on this laptop. If you're interested, I'll start the negotiations with the missus! :D Seriously, though, it's not my main transport so it can go as soon as you like. The offer on the new SVs ends on 30th June, so that's the cut off date, I guess!
Quiff - yeah, it's an older pic well spotted! It was the only one I had to hand that I could post. Sorry about the downpipe!
