...like black spray on your Pearl Lively Yellow nose fairing leaving a rather irritating speckled area on the underside of the fairing :( Anyone know if I can bring it back to the yellow or am I looking at a yellow respray? Any advice much appreciated! Someone tell me I won't have to get it resprayed. Please... [-o<
If it's just a light mist of black spots, try T-cut.
Will make your yellow shine like new too, bonus.

Or better yet, a proper rubbing compound like Farecla G3. It should be OK.
Fair do's. I didn't know it was available to the public.
Always got it from my insider 'contacts' in the past.

I got it from thesame place as my paint... But I've seen it in a few car shops too. Most seem to carry CarPlan rubbish instead though, or T Cut. (which'd work fine of course, I'm just being a snob)

screwfix sell G3 in either paste or liquid.
cheap as chips from there
Baron and Brennan in Ballymena also sell Farecla, at least they did when they were also on the Castlereagh road in Belfast.
Although to save any hassle I'd go for any light rubbing compound you can get your hands on.
As they say on the label "always try on a small discreet area first".
