price for bike!

i am looking to sell my SV, it's a naked on a 54 plate with a yoshimura exhaust system - 3000 miles, bought from new, hardly used.. fell over in a car park with minor bar end damage (fixed) otherwise immaculate - FSH and all reciepts

now my other half has expressed an interest in buying it and giving me 2500 for it - benefits are i can then still ride it and have the money to put towards a honda VFR800, cons are might not be as much as i could get privately (or even on a trade in)

what prices would you say i'd get for this bike if i sold privately?

£2,500 - £2,800 id say, so £2,500 and you still get to ride it sounds good.

Go on strike the deal with your lass! In that way you get the chance to have a ride whenever you fancy. She might also let you borrow the SV from time to time also! :P :P :P
