Just wondered how many people have more than their SV, I myself have an ancient Honda CB 500 that I ride in the wet, saving my SV for better weather.

I ride all year round and don't fancy facing the potential problems associated with getting water in the front cyclinder.

What bikes do you have in your fleet?

Ones a 87 GSXR750, laid up for a headgasket change in 89, it's hard to tell where the wall finished and the bike begins, shame really, it'll never ride again but it's far to much work and expence :cry: ( first superbike)

How many bikes?Too bloody many. :lol:
There are currently six bikes in my garage but only two of them are actually mine.
Kawasaki ZX9R and a 1977 Rickman CR.
There are also two SVs GT550 Hyosung 125.I use an SV for commuting.
Note to self-----Must get rid of the GT550 and Hyosung this year. :)

I currently have a dead SV and a Honda CBR600F but if you count Joe's bikes - The Suzuki TL1000R, the Honda Bros 400 and the new Cadbury Machine, we have 5 bikes (or 4.5 bikes) at the moment.

So take this pic, take away the 2 black SVs, Thor's Majestic 125 thing and the blue Ninja and add the Cadbury machine, thats what is outside the flat.

CCC I believe.

To be honest, I didn't choose it but I do like it. The bike came like that and the original exhaust in bubble wrap. I'm still getting used to the sound of the IL4, I must admit, it doesn't sound anything like the lovely rumble I used to get from the Hindle system on the SV. I don't think I'll be setting off any car alarms now either.

Just one point … how is the ZX6R less likely to see you on the floor?!!? :D

I do like the new ZX6R’s BTW ... but I'd have a black one! :)

I was wise enough to have R&G's fitted before I left the garage for a start....

didnt do that on the SV until over a grands worth of damage caused to it :oops:

Im paranoid about the fact that if I drop it.. however lightly.. its going to cost mega bucks!

Plus, the brakes on the Kwak are about a billion times better than on the SV, as well as the suspension being light years better....

so, as I have learnt rather quickly.. it will stick to the road much better than the SV ever did under nearly all conditions... especialy braking round corners... :lol:

Looks tidy too. Although I would lunch myself on summit like that. Mate has a "tuned" RS125 and rides it everywhere like Rossi(ish). He's nearly 40 years old!!

Tidy!! too bloody right. it never gets ridden as i cant be doing with wiringing it's neck just to get anywhere. The way i used to ride i would have loved it but i'm just too laid back on the road now to do it justtice :oops:
