Something kinda felt wrong,so I just looked out of the window - 3 inches of snow has fallen in less that 2 hours  and its still falling... ( Its 2am just now )

Just looked at the London webcams 20 miles north, nothing at all.

Its going to be fun in the morninghttp://upload4.postimage.org/162913/Picture038.jpg (http://upload4.postimage.org/162913/photo_hosting.html)

A group of us went to Matlock yesterday..............was a bit wet and cold, but nothing too bad. Coming home, around 4pm, we went round a bend and the road changed from just wet to an inch of snow in less than 20 yards

There was a Falco down in the road, we all tried desperately to stop, but 3 of our guys ended up going down too..............albeit at only around 5mph. The rest of us luckily managed to both stop and not hit any of the downed riders. Half an hour later, the snow had melted, and we all carried on. Bizzarre waether yesterday to say the least

Don't know but it's warming up rapidly here now. Gonna hook up with a couple of mates and head for the Cat & Fiddle at lunch time. Anybody heading that way?

We had the snow yesterday - it cancelled our rideout halfway through.

But as always the sun is shining and the sky is blue here and has been all day. guaranteed it'll rain tomorrow when i have an afternoon off.

The bright side is that this is meant to be the end of it so fingers crossed no more salt on the roads  :-#

Yesterday was absolutely the dogs danglers, the sun shone but was cold. I made the mistake of squeezing into the summer power ranger suit and did 250miles then ended up at St Annes. By then the sun had gone and the cold started gettinging into my back etc.

However it was beautiful and dry. Today it is lashing it down, At least I did not have to scrape the ice of the car windows to take the Memsahib to work this morning. So I guess today will be one spent actually at work. A.K.A. At home in front of the computer.
