Purple? that's a new one on me, normally a sort of yellow/green colour, unless it's the mineral based one used in Citroens and some older Rolls-Royces...but I doubt it.
Buy some DOT4 fluid, doesn't matter what brand, get as much as you need only, and don't keep whatever you have left - it degrades once opened. If your bleeding technique is okay 250ml will be plenty for the front.

Bling brake fluid?Are you sure it is'nt parafin?Do your brakes work?Do they burst into flames when hot?
FWIW I use old brake fluid and left over stuff to clean calipers.Not good for painted surfaces though. :shock:
