it is indeed your pc. I've downloaded all of them at some point or another and never had any problems.
If you want a copy, say here and I don't mind emailing them to you.

I could download the sv 650 org manuals earlier but
not anymore.
Does it work for everybody else?
Maybe my pc need some servicing :?

Are you trying to download at work? If so you've probably got restrictions set up by your IT department. Probably set as a user only in which case, you won't be able to download anything. :(
