Apparently it was a sight to behold as each in turn gently toppled to the right. He being a good hearted soul intended at first to wait to explain and offer help to the unwitting owners. However in the end he decided to "f*ck it" as he felt sure they would all understand. He promptly left.

I have to say whoever thinks calling a woman dear is guaranteed to wind them up is fundamentally mistaken. We've grown up with elderly female relatives calling us that.

Now being called luv on the other hand is guaranteed to annoy. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
