As per this thread , Dead Battery
http://forums.sv650.org/viewtopic.php?t=36492
I've got a cheap charger from Halfords but the problem is when I remove the battery the datatool Cat 3 alarm goes off and no matter what mode I put the alarm in, I can't cancel the Alarm  or put it in Silent mode
Phoned the local dealer and they dont know how to get past the alarm in order to take the battery out and recharge it, How I wish I had a garage,
Anyone here have a similar problem and know a work-around
Thanks in advance for any help

Don't know if you have had a look at the Datatool site. Probably worth doing that.

Cheers

Put it in service mode, the mode where it beeps every few seconds.
Engage service mode when you wish to service or clean your motorcycle, or remove the motorcycle battery
With the system disarmed and the ignition ON press and hold the smaller (arm) button until an audible beep is heard, the ignition can now be switched OFF.
Press arm again to leave service mode
In service mode an audible beep will be heard every 15 seconds
Hope this helps
As an aside .... audible beep?!?!?! As opposed to what ... and INaudible beep??!!!? :P

Thanks for your replies, Just ordered a new battery, As i didnt want the Service mode beep going off every 15 or so seconds for about 5hrs,
Was looking in the Suzuki manual and it advises to remove the battery when not using the bike for long periods, suppose you can't do that with an alarm fitted
