 NOT A HAPPY EASTER BUNNY!
After fitting my Power Commander,I went for a ride and was VERY pleased with the results!
When I got home,I thought to myself,"I know,I think it's time to adjust my chain!"
So I started to,only to find the axle nut was very tight, and with nobody to help hold the bike,I held the front brake on,and stood on the ratchet to undo said nut.
I then noticed after nut moved round half a turn, that the adjuster slider/bracket had deformed, and turned with the nut, scraping across my nice black swing arm, revealing shiny aluminium under the paint!!!!!
The moral of this story is: If the nut's too tight, get someone else to hold the brake on whilst you CAREFULLY undo the nut.
I'm going out now to cry in a pint or twelve!

sorry to hear.. unfortunately I did exact same thing, luckily mine a K4 and doesn't look just as bad as if it had been black swing arm.
