should be easy :) , i fitted my own under-tray & cators my new rear lights 8)
all you will need is a tail tidy, there are loads out there but from my experience the motrax @rseend is the best just bolt your cators to it & stick your plate on. & bob is most definitely your uncle

You do not need to have a tail tidy with this undertray. James I believe you have the pointy SV, this undertray does not fit the pointy. The pointy SV is different than the curvy and does require a tail tidy.
Some cutting of the original undertray is required for this one to fit. I have one fitted myself.
A smaller plate and dinky indicators is all that you require to make the **** end look well cool. (These are however, not a prerequisite).

doesn't come colour matched though, just a primer kinda blue i beleive.
there was someone else doing black or white ones too
i emailed him and they come in basic colours which might look better than standard anyway, maybe a lesson in painting is required

I 've got the Suzuki OEM on on my Curvey. Unlike the one you are looking at it doesnt require cutting anything to get it to fit. They are a bit more expensive though but the colour match was spot on and you get to keep your underseat storage.
Its made by a company called TCP Products. You can buy the undertrays online through their website IIRC. Do a gogle for it and you'll find it. They dont come up on ebay very often especially not in blue.
It was a total b*astard to fit. I use my SV all year round so the majority of bolts I tried to undo were rusted up and it took me about 6 hrs to get the old one off and fit the undertray. I didnt use the orginal rear indicators as I couldnt get them off the old plastics as they were all rusted up. So I fitted some Motrax mini indicators and I also have a small plate on it and it does look much better.
Just take your time and dont rush it. Make sure you have everything you need before you start and somebody to supply you with cups of tea whilst you are doing it.
When I did mine I had to take all the rear plastics off. Which means taking off the pillion seat lock pulley. Remember to refit this and check it before you put the seat back on. ( I Know you have trouble with this already  ) Otherwise you wont have any way of releasing the pillion seat.
Heres what my SV looks like with the undertray fitted :

That undertray looks like the Powerbronze one to me. I have one of them, was fairly easy to put on looks like this:
(That plate mounting thing was only temporary while I fabricate my own plate bracket.)
