Right i have a question for those in the know...
Bought my Bike last march with stock can etc. , Put a Blueflame end can on before crimbo and it seemed to run a hell of a lot cooler than the stock can ( i could rest bags on it and they wouldn't melt) it broke so i sent it back and got a new one free (the can that is) and fitted it. Now the bike runs HOTTER than stock and the end can smells of fuel.
Now apparently running rich will make the end can smell of fuel...BUT...running lean will make it run hot.... it's doing BOTH
It doesn't seem to be eating more/less fuel tan when stock.
It has plenty of coolant in it.
It's not Backfiring everytime i shut-off
There are no visible leaks in pipework
Other thing is that it ....how can i put it.....errr...shudders/hesitates if you blip throttle from tickover but not EVERY time.
Ideas anybody ?? She's booked in at shop for fork seals doing on 2nd May an they're having a look to see why it's running hot for me..just though i'd see if anyone has had similar experience.
