Okay....firstly what does it mean and who is teaching it?


I get to travel with work and not for the first time have I been told its "lubly jubly" upon someone realising i'm english.

Moscow, Riga, Vienna, Madrid, Peckham...they all seem to have the same English teacher.

After a while the recomendation of a restaurant being "lubly jubly" just isn't that good. Unless you enjoy eating road kill :?
