ok basicly i needed some mirrors for the bike and i saw this set of motrax tear drops with bult in indicators for 20 quid (what a bargain)
so i bought them they have the same fitment as the cbr600f (19 94)
and they go on ok but ... they point either right up in the air or down to the floor is this right has any one got any pcis of how it should look?
got picts just taken now so thet are dark

sounds to me like your going to have to find wedge shaped washers or nylon block that you can mount behind them to achieve the correct angle
other than that buy some for an SV instead of a CBR

think i already said it above i am sure you can find some suitable nylon spacers somewhere in a hardware store etc then cut at the angle required and mount behind the mirrors.

you could buy chewy's mirror extenders then whittle them to the required angle  made of delrin i think can be cut without too much hassle, nad i am sure if you can tell chewy the angle he could possibly get a set altered to suit your bike / mirrors

whats the main rod of the mirrors made of ? if its a decent metal maybe a tweak or 2 in a vice near the bottom of the stem will get them where you want them

up to date pics.. sorry about them being very big lol
so what do ut hink yay or nay? i cant swap then round becouse then they will be pointing right up at the sky ,, as in the point of the tear drop will be right up in the air..
the main stalk doesnt move so im guessing they possed to be like this..
should i keep them or e bay them?
Looks to me like they are on upside down. Can you not turn them other way up and spin the mirror round 180 degrees :?:

well the only movement in the mirror is the mirror the stalk doesnt miove at all 1 bit just solid plastick..
if i turn the mirror round then its facing wrong way :P
if i swap mirrors round to opasit sides of the bike then the mirrors are up in the air :S
ill have to make some sort of adapter me thing s :S
Keep the mirrors on the same side of the bike as they are now. Just turn them up the other way, then spin the mirrors through 180 degrees.

i had wee mirrors like that from m&p i think it was. they looked good but i wouldnt see anything behind me, so back to the big sv ones. good luck figuring it out
Well it that case they are quite evidently NOT for your bike OR they are a manufacturer defect OR you are wrong and it is possible to move the stem up and down.

erm, yep, sorry mate
holy moly - they would be perfect for all the girlie SV's so the lass's could touch up their "slap" when sitting at the traffic lights
