finding out correct colour of the sv

hi there can someone let me know how to finfd out the correct colour of yellow for my 2000 sv 650 sy its yellow if thats any help i have no docs or service book with it thanks need it painted a bit

Yes - as JakeRS said, there is a sticker underneath the tank - also on mine there's a sticker underneath the back seat... not sure if all SVs have them but it's worth a look - it's a bit easier than looking under the tank :)

Hi i sell suzuki parts for a living, and it depends on which model you have ie: SV650SX or SV650SY as 2000 is the year they changed the colour from Y9F pearl canyon yellow to Y9H pearl lively yellow

gixerboy 100, welcome mate. was the 99 blue curvy given a slight colour change of blue at a later date at all :?: heard they had possibly changed it but don't know if this is true.

mines a 2000 S model, its YC2 blue

You can just call up Suzuki on 0845 850 8800, tell them your registration and they can give you the exact colour of your bike and colour code....as long as you haven't resprayed your bike!
