Dont know if anyone can help here, but im sure i can remember seeing in one of the bike parts/spares catalogues ( M&P type thing.) that you can get a repair kit for your end cans if you go down the road.....

Basicaly all it is is an outer sleve that you can bend/cut to size to slip over your scraped/rashed up end can to cover the damage.

Or am i dreaming......

Anyone seen these or have the faintest idea of what im on about... :( :(

Cheers.

Alex.

This is just in general mate.

No particular can or make.

It was just a universal repair kit/sleeve.

I vaguely remember something like this in the M+P book as well. Not seen it for a while though :?

Anyone know any different?

Micron used to do repair kits that were a sleeve and a bundle of packing material... Could have been that?

There's a bike jumble that takes place at Rufforth (near York) every first Saturday of the month and there's usually a guy there that sells sleeves, straps (with BS numbers he he) and other bits n bobs for cans.
