Crash bobbing /bungs R7G or Bike tek

Hi sorry but it's newbie time again I have just spent a fair bit of time and money sorting out the damage that the last owner did to my SV650S K3 when he throw it down the road, can any body give me some advice about crash bobbing sor bungs I have looked around and as normal they are all prices what is best I'm looking at the bike tek ones at £39.00 or the R&G ones at around £70.00. I noticed that they have two different fittings one with a two point he other single point.
I have also found out that Suzuki don't make any bobbins is there any other reason that the fact they like to sell body work parts and tanks.
I don't plane to go racing it's more a case of low speed drops and parking mistakes.

Suzuki do make bobbins for the K3, it's just that they're s**** :) Never heard of Bike Tek ones myself, I've used R&G and found them adquate but not amazing, I'm using Motosliders now (on a carbed one, but it's all the same) and they seem good- not thoroughly tested 'em ;)

I have got black R&G's on a silver K3 frame. I am happy with them, but since my bike hasn't been over since getting them, I don't reallly know. From what I have heard though the new design (2 point mounting) is designed top bend on impact so if you have a spill you are likely to require replacement bolts which aren't that cheap.

Can't really comment on other makes as I haven't used any though motosliders generally get a good response and for the same money as the R&G, you get replacement parts.

Apparently Suzuki do make bungs but they are pretty much eye candy and aren't going to be that effective at all, so probably best to avoid these.
