Hi everyone..

I just purchased my first bike. I have riden dirtbikes/4 wheelers/3 wheelers/snowmobiles alot in the past. My heart was in snowmobiling, but it is starting to change to riding bike!

I chose a Blue 2001 SV650 as my first bike. I have had it for 4 days now and I love it.

I am researching the different things I want to do to it.

-fender elminator kit
- I want to change the front signals to smaller clear lense buells
- Frame sliders
- Polished aluminum bar ends

I have already added a carbon fiber look tank protector to prevent my jacket zipper from scratching the tank.

I am just getting into this forum and researching the things that I want to do.

I wanted to stop in, say hello, and see ya around!

Yes, I am in Central New York

I just ordered a blue mirrored lens for my black helmet, 4 buell turn signals, I am doing a custom rear fender elminator set up.. I think its going to look better then anything you can buy, and I installed a suzuki carbon fiber tank protector.

I have 170 miles on it now from me and I still love it..

Now I have to figure out how to make a stand and lift it up to lube and tighten up the chain.. I am also figuring out how to change the oil (replacing filter with chrome one)
