2nd weekend in a row!!

Just went for an early blast up to Arrochar, planned to come back via military road...Helensburgh then back to Paisley.

So I stop for a brew at Arrochar petrol station, get back on and head for the military road, only to find........

Yes for the second weekend in a row I was contemplating SV Surfing!!

They have just resurfaced the stretch through the town from the hotel to the military road.

Loose chippings, what an understatement. They were a couple of inches deep in places.

Anyway weather was nice roads were reasonably quiet. Back in time for the cup.

Bonus side is all the rozzers seem to be in Glasgow, or was I just too early for them?

i came the other way over the miliatry road then on the twisties :shock: then on those chippings :shock: shockin to say the least... not only that but we takin it eASY on the loose stuff then a dirty great bus comes flyin up the other side :evil: bet he was over the speed limit by a mile where the boys in blue then?
