"good evening Jovann. You're looking menacing."
Lordi- rubbish, but I really hope they win. They're like Gwar without the sense of humour.
Cheers lynw, with you, Finland for the Eurovision.
H For sure!
Must be the brandy kicking in but I thought Daz and his school girls were quite good  enjoyed the Finish entry, looks like its between Finland and Russia
Excellent, plastic covered rock is taking over Europe. :smt035
I thought Latvia wasnt too bad!
Just got it streamed into media player [yes, yes very sad]
But Im enjoying the fact the voting is still so predictable. Cyprus give Greece 12 points. Oh and France have 0 points atm :D :D :D

Did you ever see 2 presenters who wanted to not kiss the winners as much as those 2?
What a load of rubbish...
Terry Wogan's comments made me laugh though...
(I was still forced to watch it...)
Not as bad as Big Borther for boredom though!

Bloody small country voting for there neighbours all the time. Countrys that change there names more times than the wind changes direction.

Been said once and will be said again, When the Hell has Russia ever Been in Europe ( apart from fighting in WWII )
They used to own most of Europe, although soon all those countries will be in the EU.

The border of what constitutes Asia, what lies east of the Suez Canal, east of the Ural Mountains, and south of the Caucasus Mountains and the Caspian and Black Seas.
On that definition, Russia as a country is most definitely in what is defined as Europe.
Russia as viewed as what was the Soviet Union becomes debatable as that would have spanned two continents.

Oh my fave was the repetitive-
" we are the eurovison winners" song with the mad man dancing and use of megahorn- cooool !..
and for the record- I really like Daz Sampsons song- its catchy !
Yeah, the Balkans vote for each other, the Med lot, the Baltics, the Scandanavians all do.
So, I think we need to split up the Union and create support from within!
Scotland enter and vote for NI and Wales. Wales and NI, vice-versa.
And England, well there's always your buddies in France to rely on.
Oh no, that's our Auld Alliance, so we'll get their vote too. :P

18th in the Eurovision. Very poor. Has there ever been a better reason for pulling out of Iraq?

Doing badly in Eurovision is a mark of honour... Once again we've not sunk to the levels needed to win the thing (in a normal year obviously, Lordi excluded)

There's a great quote in the Observer from the 'Bat out of Helsinki':
'I hope what we have done here will prove that we don't eat babies,' the fire-spewing group's gargantuan-sized frontman, 'Mr Lordi', told The Observer. 'We've always been 110 per cent serious about our act even though in my country so many people have said such terrible things about us because we've got horns protruding from our heads.'
****! 1 point for Malta. It was a sorry song anyways. Never liked it. We deserve it!
I like it wish I'll caught it went out as usuall only to find that Lordi had won.
Was it me, or did anyone see Italy - I didn't see them vote either.
