Well it wouldn't be the same without me would it? True, however, dont think you will be getting free food this time!

You mean the right-hand side... Anyway, at least she's got a spare sidepod for the next fool who tries to be clever.
Depending on the rate of precipitation I may pop on down, I may even bring the bike  I have managed to find a route that doesn't invole roundabouts and I am making steps towards overcoming my fear of the dark by taking my lead and strength from my favortite book of all times " The Owl who WAS Afraid of the Dark"
You'll notice that the outcome of the books Hero, a small Owl in this case, is given away by it's title, however do not let this put you off it really is a fantastic read.
Imagine. . . . . . . . an Owl. . . . . . . .. that's afraid of the dark. . . . . . .. . .how mad is that?????
No.

Spending the day shredding, doing my expenses and time sheets [only 2 months behind rather than the usual 5  ].
What that means, other than Im looking forward to my last day on Friday, is that I will be refuelling at Texaco on City Road about half six if anyone wants to bimble down from C. London with me.

my favortite book of all times " The Owl who WAS Afraid of the Dark"
But Swiss... you've missed one of the best pieces of information about that book - the owl's name was Plop!
It was one of my favourite books too.
You just need to write the companion novel - "The biker who was afraid of the dark". Or perhaps "The cheese that was afraid of the dark"?
good turn out considering the weather..
Wet, very wet, im wet & so are my feet. :hackedoff:
Oh yeh, EBC pro-lite disks dont work well in the wet, you start braking, at first nothing much happens, you pull the brake a tad more, start slowing down then it bites hard and major braking kicks in when the disks warm up.

wondered why you kept dropping back, me with a balding tyre and all, it's so easy to spin it up, 1/4 throttle max all the way home, even so the back tyre probably did twice as far as the front on that trip
O, and I didn't get wet at all, not a toe , finger or anything
Cheers Mark
