My brother and the guy who was my best man had an informal competion, he won with 16 in one year.

He was a chef, if he did not like what was being served, management etc he simply walked.

It was a nasty shock to him when having walked out of a lunchtime job, he had to wait until next day to start elsewhere. Disaster the market was drying up. or he had exhausted all restaurants locally.

Strange thing 3 places had him back. He was well known for being stroppy, but was also a good chef.

He then got wise, realised the money/conditions were rubbish, and went to dig holes in London. Made a fortune, some weeks was pulling £2000
