From memory I think the TLS bolt right on and they were ally, or try making one look at the dog bone post for an idea - nice bit of thick walled stainless tube a couple of bends and two threaded fork ends, don't forget lock nuts.
TLS, TLR 'busa or the SRAD GSXR, all fit.

Could you not just get it powder coated or ceramiced? Or would the bolts rub through it?

Bolts'll rub through it in time, unless you're very careful with washers. TL1000/SRAD arm, takes minutes to fit. Can't remember exactly what it took, I think I drilled out one hole in order to use the SV bolts, and packed a couple of washers along a bolt.
Thanfs everyone a TLS/SRAD one it is then I'll have a look on Ebay :D

I bought a TLR torque arm. Do they fit? The one I have is too narrow at one end to fit over the Swingarm end. Maybe its not a TLR arm after all, but alloy and very light though!
