Hi,
I'm after a set of these. I've a k3 pointy and am about to do 3000 mls on a european trip. I've toured on the naked and I just feel that my recent switch to the SVS is going to give me some serious discomfort when I do the extended days in the saddle. The guy (in canada)who produces them has stopped making these temporarily so I can't buy new before I go . So any offers? ( I'd even take a loan or rental!!)

Cheers
Martin

Have you considered helibars?

Just had a look at their web site .Compared to some other offerings helibars dont look too bad. But somehow I can't square paying about a third more than sunrisers for a solution that to my eyes looks less elegant , provides less height increase than I'd ideally like (1 and a third inches compared with 2" on sun risers) and doesnt provide a lug to locate in the top triple . Having dropped a naked I've seen how in spite of the lock stops the bars "twang" on impact and dent the tank. I imagine its even more likely on cliponstyle bars which rely soley on a clamping mechanism for location on the fork tube. I guess if someone's offering them at a secondhand price then I could be tempted. Thanks for the suggestion though and I'm open to any product secondhand if the price is right :)

Hi Martin,
I have a brand new set as delivered by Sunrisers. Cost £116 - would let them go for £90.
