ReiserFS - Journalling file system for Linux based on balance tree algorithms... so now you know
Feck... me .net framework just got tits up... why oh why is it never easy with windows.
format your file store as fat or ntfs and let linux read that, its easier than ****ing arround with windows.

Hmmm perl as the shell. Never tried that nasty little trick. now you got me thinking of more devilish alternatives. Awk as the shell should be very interesting.
I have even run notes under wine, but attachments were a pain as I could not find how to lauch openoffice instead of the thing going off looking for word etc

If your on a BSD style box, or have the BSD games install /usr/games/rain is a good one, watch the person next to you try to fathom out whats happening..
I use http://www.chrysocome.net/explore2fs but that only works on Ext2 and Ext3.
It looks like this one does the same http://www.fs-driver.org/index.html
UFS explorer seems to support RiserFS also costs but I haven't tried it yet http://www.sysdevsoftware.com/soft/ufsexplorer.php
I've found lots of tools... but think there is something wrong with my Windows (surprise!) that means they don't work.
So this is more of a "Hey everyone - look at me!" sort of post then
