Just got back from the Opthamologists or whatever it is, I had a cyst in my lower left eye removed under local anestectic. They put drops in which stang like crazy and then injected a local into my eye. They then clamped my eye lids and scrapped away at the cyst to remove the infection. I was in aind out in an hour which was great. Like TimWilkys thread, I cannot give the hospital more credit for their proffesionalism. I don't know much about the NHS problems and what they face but I thought my experience was good so hats off to them.
I got my ma to drive me back from the hospital as my eye is patched but taped open which is a really weird feeling as I can't seemed to focus on anything and keep bumping into things. This thread is also a bit random as I can't see the keys properly on the laptop.
Just thought I'd share this as praise be where praise is due.
Gutter is I can't ride my bike this weekend and the weather looks gorgeous.
Have a good weekend all.
