I don't know what I should do!

I love my SV,but I want a GSXR750K6,

I'd also like a DR400Z so I could do some off-roading,but they don't sell them in black,(which is the colour I want)except for the DR400SM!

I'd also like to upgrade my car, something faster (still a bimmer,I await the boo's and hissing now!) better spec, etc.

Now.I could sell the SV,buy a GSXR and keep my mint 520i,

OR

Go and order a DR400Z on the 0% that Suzuki are offering and keep SV.

OR

Keep my SV,sell my mint 520i bimmer, and get a better bimmer!

Help please!

Option 2

Go and order a DR400Z on the 0% and keep the SV, doesnt matter what colour it is, as it going to be caked in mud and brown either way.

And since ive got my bike fast cars no longer interest me, just seem a bit boring and slow now, and dont rev high enough.

Just my 2p worth

Used to think I couldn't live without a car. Been 6 months now without one apart from the the odd hiccup like taking the rabbits to the vet (you try tying them down)
it's been great order the grocerys oon the net commute to work on the bikes faster and free parking. Once we have kids it'll be a different matter but in the meantime enjoy it

Sell the BMW, (it will be good for your karma), and you can buy whatever bike you want plus an old banger for when you need a cage.

Me too - it's the ONLY way to go !! :D

Then sometime in the future, when you wake up one morning & discover that you've suddenly got a family - you can start thinking about cars again (albeit more 'sensible' ones !!)

Well my little suggestion,(although heaven knows how Supervox did not offer this?) would be to once and for all get all of the tat out of your life and buy a DUCATI! :P :P :P

Your only jealous!!

If you're not that worried about the Beemer Speedy, give it to me and then you can keep you're SV and get yourself another BM!!

I'd be inclined to keep the "Mint 5 series" (I prefer the 7 series myself!) and trade in the SV for a gixxer. Have the best of both worlds then ( Jammy bugger!! )

All depends how much you think you'll use the DR400Z. If you think its worth it then go for it! You're only young once.

Get the DRZ, then you've get a dirt bike a road bike and a car. What more could you ask for?

As for the 520i it's OK but I always thought the engine was a bit small for the size and weight of the body. Huge amounts of power make little difference in traffic anyway ;)

'Fraid thats very unlikely Peter, 'cos (if you remove the Beemer from the equation) it sounds as though the lad has some good taste !! :P

I think sell the BMW. Get 2 bikes. The GSXR and DR
How often do you use it, is it worth the massive yearly running cost?
And all the times you really need a car you can always hire one.

Just get the DRZ. Its the ultimate fun tool for commuting or just larking around, and I'ver had more interest shown in mine at work, meets etc than I ever got with the SV.

Funnily enough,I use the car more than the bike,(get more people in it,AND it can be left at the pub! ),it really isn't too much to run,it's a manual so reasonable fuel consumption etc. It's comfortable and reliable.
PLUS I can get my tools in the boot for Private Work.

Fair enough, keep the car, get DR for off-roading, spray it black. Unless you are likely to do more trackdays with a GSXR.

Today,I've made my mind up!

Keeping the car!

Keeping the SV,because:

A,I love it.

B,I think it's a better looking bike than the GSXR.

C,I think it has more character than the GSXR.

And I'm going to order one of these two! (SM if I can get off-road wheels/tyres for it,as it's the best colour! )

There are more differences than just the wheels - forks, gear ratio, swing arm etc

Speedy

Yeah I know!

I'm going to ask about all that before I sign on the dotted line!

No point in getting the SM if it can't handle the rough stuff!
