Most industries have governing bodies but is anyone aware of one for the motor industry?

Tried three times now to complain to BMW customer services and not had one ackowledgment of my complaint nevermind looking to solve the problem.

Annoys the ****e out of me, in my job we jump through flamin' hoops to ensure any complaints get dealt with to th customers satisfaction and yet whenever I make a complaint I get ignored.

So, anyone know?

Who in BMW did you write to?

customer.service@bmw.co.uk

and then posted to their address.

No reply so 2 weeks later I repeated the process. Still nothing.

Spend 30k on a car and the rear spring breaks, I need to replace it obviously and I am told they will refund the cost. Like bugger they will I can't even get them to return my calls andswer emails or replying in wiriting.

I think you and The Mass should start a campaign. :)
