Well that first one isn't a Mini-Twin bike as that front suspension wouldn't be allowed.

Anyone got the times and places for the sv races.

These machines look cool and I would love to see.

Please educate me,why would those forks not be allowed? Does the suspension need to be close to standard equipment? I know nothing of the criteria for the category. :?

goto http://www.minitwins.co.uk/rules/rules2006a.html for all the regs.

Basicly the bike has to be standard apart from rear shock, front fork internals, ECU can be mapped as can Carbs be jetted, exhaust system, fairing and a few other peices. Tyres have to be road going tires i think as well. Thoes pics are probably from the american racing for twins where they are alowed many more things.

Some of those are US... I think #173 and #143are the SV Race Shop SV Cup bikes, #87's a SVRS one as well (at least, they built it). #143 is either Jarel or Kris riding, think it was Jarel. The green one has SVRS bits on, so I'd guess it's US as well.

It was quite messed up :) That was quite a good price, I reckon, considering the frame damage and that the best bits- the aerocoat chrome powdercoat- was quite badly marked. Still a nice buy for someone.

Hi - new member here - TG from Aus. Just started racing my SV in Sydney. Here's a pic - not the best but gives you an idea:

r4ce_e3nd - any idea whose bike that bottom blue naked racer is? I'm after a little screen like that for mine.

Cheers from down under.

You should take off the big red sponges and fit regular rubber tyres, much more grippy :)
