This may seem dumb but
After a great day riding do not spend 5 hours in A&E !!
I'm still suffering the sore numb effect!
why the trip to a+e abby ???john wayne syndrome??
Garry thought it would be fun to try and slice his thumb off. any other day i wouldn't have minded but i had organised a balcony bbq and i missed all of it!
The best bit was when he lost it totally when he looked at his wound and all but fainted on the stairs.(wasn't funny at the time)
We were for just putting sutures on but once it was cleaned up it was down to the muscle so i packed him off to a&e expecting stitches but 5 hrs later they did the same as i had done anyway
So don't give him any sympathy i missed on a pi$$ up :-({|=

I did call for the big white taxi but cancelled it when he came round - he was under the care of 3 first aiders. Looking back I shouldn't have bothered it owuld have been quicker!
