Moved to that lovely place called Bracknell

Navigated my way around several round-abouts this morning, and that lovely Junction 10.

Oooh how my quality of life is going to change.... :roll:

Move to new offices, I now don't have a window seat, all open plan, so everyone is as quiet as a mouse, no more cursing :cry:
And yet I have the delights of the Manor public house not too far away for lunch...FANTASTIC!!! :?

Ahhh, Bracknell. The town with the highest class of transiet population.

I swear nobody that lives there was actually born there - everyone who does live there has been promoted there - it's the only way. It's a town full of Company Head Offices!

That's how I ended up there - other half at the time worked for 3M and was promoted there from Bedford. I went with, and as soon as we split up five years later I hotfooted it back!

I feel for you I really do.

Have you discovered the joy of driving round the town centre and not actually realising it was there! Just what looks like the back end of an industrial estate! At least it did 7/8 years ago - I think they were planning some 'improvements'...

... so, how did they turn out?

Bracknell Forest is its saving grace though. I do miss two hour lunch breaks to take the dog for a walk there.

I used to have to go visit a subsidiary in an office at Eastern Gate, Brants Bridge, Bracknell. I wasn't sorry when BM sold the company.
