Finally.. got knocked off my bike at the end of March last year and finally the cheque from the insurance company arrives today. Phone up the insurance company on Monday and confirm they've reinstated my no claims (they knocked 3 years off for an unsettled clain) and get some of my ins money back.

Wouldn't mind but the other party admited liablity back in June last year! So why it took so long I don't know.
