Crap service today

I won't name them but they are in Wolverhampton ( it my way or the Highway)

2 nd service

Picked bike up , ride home noticed that rear brake was crap & roundabouts rear tyre was slipping alot& they was a whinning noise)

Got home :-

Chain was whinning as zero slack when sat on bike
2 inch strip of oil on rear tyre looked like chained had been painted with oil
Rear disc had oil on it

Phoned said dealer who said Sorry , but assured me it was fine when it left the garage & that they used no fling oil lube !, mentioned did any one road test the bike to test brakes & he said nothing ,what a joke .

Letter to Suzuki on its way , however won't hold my breath

Never use them again .

Yup Steve......unfortunately I used Highways and have found them to be awful too.....never do a job properly.
Thing is, I'm sure theyr'e all really good mechanics - trouble is they are always under so much pressure to get the jobs cleared as quickly as possible to make way for more work.

I have given up on them and use someone else now (foreigner type arrangement).
