Subject says it all really...

I won a Suziki OEM hugger on EBay yesterday, but I've no idea if I need to remove the back wheel to fit it?

Whaddya reckon?

Nah, it's just 4 fairing bolts, 2 minute job!

I have a hugger on my curvy and assuming yours uses the same fixing holes as mine, then no, side stand is fine.
2 bolts on chain side, one on swingarm centre, (near shock), and one underneath rear bolt holding brake hose bracket.

I took mine off at the weekend as I was doing some work to the undertray I've just fitted :D and had it on the rear paddock stand as I had to take back wheel off.

In short, no, but it makes it easier IMO.

Cheers guys,

I shan't bother ordering a paddock stand yet then and will have a go at fitting the hugger this weekend.
