Do you stick your hands in your pockets and discreetly scratchfor instant relief or do you hang on until your well clear of them then scratch? Bearing in mind you've only been working with them for a couple of weeks 8)

as for the original scratch or not to scratch why not ask you boss to do it for you... Could improve working relations...

scratch away... only enough to rid yourself of the irritation though. When you've finished, offer a solution to one of the major management nightmares that's been dogging your company, that way you'll have shown yourself as able to multitask and you'll get your own office where you can scratch you balls to your hearts content.

You may want to think of the aforementioned solution prior to scratching though... no way I could think about anything else while I was relieving my itch.
