they do theres about 25 LED buklbs per side bloody bright actualy hurt my eyes
Probably looks tons better in the flesh, certainly tidy.
What about MOT?
Sorry mate - don't like them.
They don't show up enough for me (althought I s'pose they might be better in real life than in the picture)
This is my old curvy with twin hi levels - I never had any problems with the indicators melting:-

An MOT failure, and you cant see them flashing when you are braking (Followed an SV with the same set up this morning) I would add some mini indicators as well to be honest

Not road legal... Seen them in the flesh, when the sun's on them they're barely visible... LEDs are bad for that. But then again, if you're counting on other road users seeing you signal, you're goign to end up squashed regardless of how visible they are.

So that's every pointy's tail/brake light slated then?

Not so. The new pointys use Luxon Star LEDS which are much much brighter and also expensive. The cheap immotations use std 8-10000MCD leds in a quad formation, so do the replacemnt bulbs.

Nah, just said "LEDs are bad for that", it doesn't apply to all of them
IMHO i like my indicators to be on the sides, not of centre............if you know what i mean :?
Left indicator on the left of the bike not left of middle and vise verse
And the OEM indies saved my fairing to many times for me to change them :D crash bung style
It does look good though 8)

I was on a rideout with two bikes fitted with these, the GSXR1000 was cr@p and no way could you make out when they were on, however the uniot fitted to the R1 was much brighter, perhaps not as good as normal indicators, but bright enough.
Suppose it depends several things, as I noticed the R1's was angled down and the gxr's was angled up, one catching more light on it that the other ?
Both worked at night although unless directly behind it was sometime hard to workout which way the bike was indicating.
Cheers Mark.
