Have a Frank Thomas waterproof jacket for touring which has done around 3000 miles on Continent and bits and pieces in UK in all weathers.
It looks still pretty much like new and has been great. Hence my sadness a couple of weeks back when the bottom press stud came off. :(
Since it's only 12 months old and has a 2 year warranty, I thought to take it back to J and S in Birmingham where I bought it but gave F T a call as I only live 5 miles from their factory.
They were great and said I could drop it off any day and would be ready after 3-4 days.
Took it in today at 1315 hrs expecting pick it up next week before heading to southern France for 2 weeks. Lovely Lady said that she would check but thought that their machine was probably set-up and would do it now! :o Ten minutes later I have jacket returned with new press stud just like new, all free of charge of course!
Great service and definately will continue to use their kit! :D
