Yep last week - Oxfords first time have shoulder straps. I ditched my leathers and helmet at the luggage storage on arrival though.

My mate has a bike for me to ride and we are traveling from Cape town to Namibia and back
Will be taking tent and Paniers as luggage wondering how it would fare in the hands of the baggage peeps. would i end up with empty or squashed paniers and a broken tent.
or should i go to the expense of packing them all in a siutcase.

I use my baglux regually when going away for work, no problems even with all the metal bits on.

Cool - I can run a test run for you if you like - all the way to Namibia. Sounds like fun but i doubt you will break a tent in a bag. Just dont pack anything breakable.
