I'll post when the last entry has been submitted, and then each member may vote once. You may not vote for you own bike. I'll count the votes after one week of voting, and declare a winner.

The bike is not road legal as it does not have any lights. Can probably illegal too (but does that really matter! :wink: )

In th UK even if the bike has a "Daylight" MOT it still requires ALL lights to be present & working.

How do you know!. FYI yes its registered on a 55 plate, taxed till October and has a daylight Mot if required - they dont need lights for daytime MOT :wink:

Not that i would want to use it on the road...but just in case the urge takes over :lol:

I think you might find that its burnt rubber to an inch off the edge...the rest has fallen off the edge :lol:

Bikageboy, Trust me, as the person who has been changine sv650racers tyres every weekend i can assure you there sint even a chicken strip on the front let alone on the back. what you see about an inch in from the edge is what looks like a bit of cold tearing along the edge of the tread

I managed a similar effect on the CBAaarrgggh with a can of glitter spray although it was green glitter on black panels. :wink: :D

However, thats a far nicer finish than I ever managed for the whole 12 hours it was like that from finish to write off the next day :(

Love the Bucket as well, it looks a little odd in pics but in the flesh it just makes sense. I reckon it needs a round headlamp and possibly clipons to finish off hte retro look, mind, but it's still great.

Powder coat the fork legs, paint the exhaust link pipe in matt black heat proof paint, get a carbon cover for the can, rip off the SV650 stickers, put black engine caseings on and cover the headlights with black headlight covers and it'd be exactly how I'd like mine to look. :)
