I've an HJC helmet, and the visor needs a bit of a clean on the inside (sneezing, sweating, condensation marks etc!).

If I give it a good wipe on the inside will this affect the anti fog coating?

Is there any special technique to cleaning anti fog coatings?

Cleaning the outside is fine with the soak for 20 mins with damp kitchen towels followed by autoglym visor cleaner.

I have just got a V2 cleaning kit, and it warns you not to use it on Anti Fog.

It is basically a sponge with some soft polishing cloths but it only needs clean water to remove the spatter that flies cause at 100 mph

Any advice what to use on anti fog then?

Tim, best thing ive used is a microfibre cloth and a tiny bit of water.

be careful about using a microfibre cloth that has been used for other cleaning jobs as in my experience they tend to catch minute grit which can then scratch the visor and coating.

I have 1 microfibre that i use ONLY for my visors. Great products they are. hope they are called the same thing in Belgium, if not then post back here and i'll try and find a link to a product so you can see what i'm on about.
