I spent most of the day aswell trying this counter-steering malarky with varying sucess... well not that much since no decent cornering and learning ona 125 trial bike never really did feel comfortable :P but I think i get the general idea :)

Really pleased for you - 0 minors is great. Can't get much better, can you?
But as Jelster implies, don't let it go to your head - take it easy.

Well done, eventually. nic was glad you passed and now wants a bike, i keep telling her the scooter is fine for her, anyway her legs wouldn't touch the ground on a sv 650, she's got very short legs. we'll have to try to arrange a ride sometime. :smt038 :smt023

Well done that man. As for the zero minor faults.............I've never heard of it but then it's possible the instructor may not have seen a fault. Do you think you rode 110% perfect? Not trying to say you didn't just very, very few students ever get zero minors. But if you did fair enough, just don't let that get to your head. Be careful, ride safe and watch out for those blind, deaf and dumb cage drivers. Good on you!
Now the real learning begins.
I know i deserved a couple minors, he just didnt seem to notice when I missed checking my mirrors a couple times before slowing.
Dont worry it hasnt gone to my head at all, im too worried about damaging the bike to be stupid :P
Well done!
I didn't get any minors either when I passed last summer :).
But it doesn't make you a good biker yet, I bought a bike the week after and promptly dropped it 3 times over the next month :( Take it handy, the test is only the start of the learning....

You will have to go and ride with dad, john and ed im sure you will keep up, with ed anyway :P lol.
