Ive removed my grab rail and fitted a solo seat cowl, but where the rail is bolted to the bike..it leaves 2 gaps either side of the solo seat! :(
Can anyone suggest what i can do to fill these gaps/has anyone else come accross this problem?

you can buy saddle shutters which fill the holes left from removing the grab rail from banditmania

well you used to be able to

Anywhere else do them? 25 quid is a bit steep to fill two little holes.

Unless I'm looking at the wrong product, can you post a link?

There's other ways to do it... You could make your own the same way, if you don't mind spending about half as much again on raw materials ;) Or you could cut out a wee bit of plastic to fit, I've heard of people using floppy discs as the material.

There's a fix on the main site, but is that still down?

I think I'll mesh mine up. I've got lots of gold mesh left over from when I did my fairings, so hopefully it will come out nice. :)

Davido: I see you want a solo seat cowl for your K5. If you buy a Suzuki cowl for ~£42, that comes with the saddle shutters anyway.

Ah thanks man, that really helps.

I just assumed that Paws had used a genuine suzuki one and had been left with gaps. But if they come with shutter that makes life a lot easier. :)

i think the curvy OEM ones don't come with the grab rail blanking plates...that's a pointy thing
