Sorry not a chance! twice I was at the very back plus you did a fantastic job at the front by keeping the group together through kilsyth and lennoxtown so didn't get lost or wipe out on the diesel puddles. :wink: However not passing the coffin dodgers doing twenty miles an hour from crief could tip the balance here, sorry couldn't ride at that speed any longer had to burn off some frustration so glad you n Gary made it back safe :D

Like Big Al says, you led fron the front right from the start, and if the only way you can arrive last at a meeting point is to pullover, stop and let everyone past or alternatively drive past it and have too loop back so that those behind you arrive first frankly my dear stinks [-X So I think your crown has well and truly slipped. I've been thinking about this and whilst on one hand I wanted to vote yes because you were usualy somewhere behind me, but on the other hand i've decided no for the following few reasons;

1: You done good in the first leg by leading around the roadworks and back on track.
2: Your pace in the first leg i was very gratefull for and I deliberately stayed behind you to stop myself from shooting off in a rush of excitement :oops: Oh I just read that LOL. Sorry :D (this might work as a reason to vote "Yes" as well!!!
3: I think you did great for being on a 250 and probably "pound for pound" did a better time per CC, than the rest of us.

So lets see now we left at 10:50 and I got home at 5:20, thats 6.5 hours, divided by 650 cc =

thats how ride outs should be done - all back in one piece - thats the name o' the game and honestly, apart from the coffin dodgers (like big Al mentioned), I personally was more than happy with the speed
