I know sod all about computers. Mrs Squid however is in the biz so I've not needed to find out yet, I just whine when it don't work - but she's not here right now.

What file format did you record it in Quiff? Maybe a codec needs to be downloaded to use it

Most likely the answer, we're now on Flash Player 9.

I've had that a couple of times. I just shut the browser down and clicked on the video link again and it worked the second time.

I've got IE so you should be OK, Check your flash player as others have said though.
