IVE DONE IT!!!!!!!!

Yep after many many (over 100) revolutions round roundabouts and twisty roads i finally got my first knees down this afternoon coming back from work.......never had the sound of scraping sounded sooooo good!!!! Id like to dedicate my first to the nice man on the cbr who saw me going round and round in vain and stopped to give me a few tips and advice! Thanks Ben!!!

LOL no mate just the one bud otherwise id have cried if i got both done at the same time as it means my bike would have suffered as a result!

Congrats, took me about 2 months, and then about 20 laps lol. My mate on his thousand got his down within 2 weeks, from going up from an RS125. The ******* lol

I did both together but it involved crashing so i wouldn't recomend it.

Same here! Been trying to do it properly be haven't suceeded yet!! Practice, practice, practice, fall off and repeat until only one knee hits the floor!!!! :lol:
